WASHINGTON 鈥斃钟 体育 proudly congratulates former Public Policy Scholar Joby Warrick on winning the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Nonfiction. Warrick received the award for his book Black Flags: The Rise of ISIS, the subject of his research during his tenure as a 乐鱼 体育 scholar. It is his second Pulitzer Prize.
