Cooperation or Competition: Chinese and Russian Eurasian Projects

With President Xi Jinping鈥檚 announcement of the 鈥淥ne Belt, One Road鈥 (OBOR) initiative and Russia鈥檚 economic weakness, Chinese influence is spreading across Eurasia. This discussion is the second of the  series, a joint project of the 乐鱼 体育鈥檚 Kennan and Kissinger Institutes.
