Foreign Investment in the United States: Challenges and Opportunities
The 4th Annual Swiss Day marks the ongoing collaboration between the 乐鱼 体育 and the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich.
Cross-border investments in and out of the U.S. are a very important stimulus for national economies and an important part of the U.S. gross domestic product.
Please join us for an expert panel discussion that examines how attractive the United States is for foreign investors. What are the opportunities and challenges ahead? Will President Trump's emphasis on "Buy America, Hire America" make investments in the United States more attractive? Will America鈥檚 growing national security concerns about foreign direct investment act as a barrier for future investment?
A special focus shall be given to Switzerland as the 6th biggest investor in the U.S. This event is held in co-operation with the Embassy of Switzerland in the United States and the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich.
