Putin's Concept of International Law
Russian President Vladimir Putin has held several speeches and written articles in recent years which reveal his interpretation of international law and Russia's role in it. Professor Lauri M盲lksoo visited the 乐鱼 体育 to argue that changes to Russia鈥檚 constitution in 2020 and the Russian president鈥檚 personal preoccupation with questions of historical memory support the conclusion that Putin鈥檚 interpretation of international law is imperialist.
