Nathaniel Oakes is the Program Coordinator for the 乐鱼 体育 Africa Program. Prior to joining the 乐鱼 体育, he worked in the Conflict Resolution Program at the Carter Center and conducted research on Cameroon鈥檚 Anglophone Crisis with the Center for Gender, Peace, and Security, a Yaound茅-based NGO. Nathaniel holds a BA in French and International Relations from Tufts University.
