On August 15, 2025, the Brazil Institute co-hosted an event with YouTube during Rio Innovation Week to tackle a topic often overlooked in policy debates: the impact of AI on human creativity. While some view AI as a threat, others emphasize its potential. But the real question isn鈥檛 whether AI can be creative鈥攊t鈥檚 how we can harness it as a powerful tool to enhance our own creativity. The event explored the central challenge: maintaining our "agency"鈥攐ur ability to shape technology rather than being shaped by it.
