Amy L. Glover is the CEO and cofounder of Agil(e), a public affairs and strategic communication firm based in Mexico City. Previously she was a Director of the Mexico practice at McLarty Associates in Washington, DC, a leading public affairs firm known for its Latin America expertise.
Glover has worked as the National Director of External Relations at the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico (AmCham), where she was responsible for the government relations and communications strategy. She has also been a consultant for multinational companies, as well as a risk manager at Citibank.
Glover has written regularly as a national columnist in Mexico for the past twenty years, and currently has a monthly column in El Economista; she served for two years on the editorial board for the business section of Periodico Reforma.
Glover has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science from Georgetown University, and a master鈥檚 degree in economics and Latin American studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is a member of the International Women鈥檚 Forum (IWF), and serves on the board of Mexico鈥檚 Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI, 2022-present). Glover is a dual citizen of Mexico and the United States.
